I turn ambiguity into systems teams can actually run.
A decade across enterprise delivery, service transformation, and digital products, connected by one habit: getting the records, follow-up, and ownership right so the work keeps running after I leave.
I'm drawn to the messy edge of organisations: fuzzy briefs, records that don't line up, and no shared definition of done. Coordinating multi-site IT delivery, rebuilding a two-location service business, and shipping systems for small teams all taught me the same lesson.
Technology rarely fixes process on its own. The lasting value is usually the trackers, handovers, and routines left behind, the things that make visibility and follow-through possible. An MSc in Digital Innovation at UCD Smurfit sits underneath the practice.
What enterprise delivery taught me
Coordinating multi-site IT work under the HPE–Ericsson account showed me that the lasting value of a programme often isn't the deliverable — it's the trackers, action logs, and stakeholder routines left behind. Visibility and follow-up sit underneath everything else.
What service transformation taught me
Rebuilding operations at a two-location service business made it obvious that technology rarely fixes process on its own. Transformation succeeds or fails in the details of daily work — records, handovers, and whether the team trusts what they're looking at.
What digital products taught me
Across 8+ SME engagements the same pattern recurred: records into trackers, trackers into follow-through. Simple systems a non-expert can run without help are the ones that survive — and that is a survival trait, not a style choice.
A short ledger.
